The house itself is lovingly furnished with French furniture and has a large living room with an open fireplace, a cozy and fully equipped kitchen, 5 spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms (1x tub, toilet, bidet and 1x shower and separate toilet).

Roche Batard is very quietly located and yet it takes only a few minutes to reach the supermarket or a few minutes longer until you can plunge into the hustle and bustle of Royan. If you want to, sometimes a dip in the pool and the smell of the charcoal grill are more than enough excitement for a vacation day.
Many worthwhile destinations and cycling tours nearby are waiting to be discovered by you: Bordeaux, La Rochelle, Marennes, Île d'Oléron, Cognac and many more. Beaches, horseback riding, sailing, golfing, oystering, wine tasting, everything is within short reach.
But the most beautiful thing is to enjoy a sunset on the 100sqm terrace with a glass of good wine and wait for the starry sky...
